Students should understand their responsibilities towards nation-building process and develop virtues including patriotism, said Justice S. Vimala, judge of the Madras High Court.
Speaking at a function to mark distribution of prizes to students who won in the essay-writing competition organised by the District Legal Services Authority, here on Sunday, Ms. Vimala said that students should stand above caste, creed, religion, or region-based differences.
Honouring women’s rights and protection of environment should form their ideology.
Ms. Vimala underlined the role of youths in building a more progressive society in future by developing virtues.
