PMK to be alliance leader: Ramadoss

February 01, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:51 am IST - CUDDALORE:

The Pattali Makkal Katchi will head a political alliance in the next Assembly elections. Those political parties who want to align with the PMK can do so, but the latter would be choosy in accepting the partners, said S. Ramadoss, founder of the PMK.

He was addressing the general body of the Cuddalore district unit of the party at Vadalur near here on Friday. He said that the PMK had prepared a list of the corrupt practices indulged in by the ruling AIADMK and it would submit a report in this regard to Governor K. Rosaiah on February 4. The DMK was in no shade better than the AIADMK and it was the compulsion of time that the PMK had been ordained to fill the void left by both the Dravidian parties in the State.

On February 15, the PMK would organise a political conference in Salem, he added.
