Deputy Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam on Friday said that the State government will soon release the Tamil Nadu Housing and Urban Development policy with an aim to provide housing for all with basic amenities by 2030.

“The policy will also focus on slum development and rehabilitation,” he said at the inaugural of the 12th edition of Fairpro 2019, the annual flagship property event of Credai Chennai.

Mr. Panneerselvam said a policy on land development and use was being developed in order to ensure that it was put to effective use.
