Margazhi music festival at Neyveli from today

The Neyveli Sangeetha Sabha will organise the “Margazhi Music Festival” here from January 10 to 14.

N.S. Ramalingam and S. Sridhar, president and secretary of the Sabha respectively, said in a release that renowned Carnatic vocalists and musicians would perform in the festival.

The Sabha has been fostering classical music ever since its inception in 1957.

It has been conducting a Trinity Festival here on the lines of the Thiagaraja Aradhana at Thiruvaiyaru and music classes.
