Industrialist M.A.M. Ramaswamy has filed a petition in the Madras High Court seeking a direction to police to register a case on his complaint of October 7 last year against one of his employees. In the petition, Mr.Ramaswamy (85) of R.A.Puram here submitted that Rm.Palaniappan, an employee of South India Corporation, was in charge of the original documents pertaining to the immovable property and Will Trust Deed of Raja Muthiah Chettiar, Rani Meyyammai and other important documents oner said that most of the title deeds stood in his name and in the names of his late wife Sigapi Achi and his family members.
The documents were kept in lockers. When his Secretary, A.R.Ramasamy, sought the keys, Mr.Palaniappan refused. Justice R.S.Ramanathan adjourned the matter for hearing on March 11.
