The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), Chennai chapter, will be organising its annual property and real-estate exhibition, FAIRPRO 2018, from February 23-25 at the Chennai Trade Centre. The three-day expo will showcase more than 300 projects from 85 developers.
The projects that will be displayed are approved and registered with the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TNRERA). Suresh Krishn, president, CREDAI Chennai, said, “FAIRPRO is aimed at connecting home buyers with real estate developers and bring the buyers closer to their dream homes.”
Ananth, convener, FAIRPRO 2018, said, “There has been a positive sentiment in the real estate sector. The developers and homebuyers will immensely benefit from this edition.”
