A CBI court has issued non-bailable warrants against former Southern Railway General Manager N. Krithivasan and his family members in a disproportionate assets case filed against him in 2003.

Fifth Additional Sessions Court Judge Dakshinamurthy yesterday issued the NBW against Krithivasan, his wife Meenakshi and two sons Arvind and Anand after they failed to appear before the court for hearing in the Rs 38.50 lakh disproportionate assets case.

Their counsel also did not appear for the hearing.

CBI filed the case against Krithivasan, who was Southern Railway General Manager in 2002, and his family members.
