‘Cloud 9’ office raided in Chennai

The office of ‘Cloud 9,’ belonging to Dayanidhi Alagiri was searched by a special police team in Chennai on Thursday. According to police sources, a team searched the premises situated in T. Nagar in the presence of advocates and other staff members.

A senior police officer monitoring the progress said they had carried out the searches in connection with the granite scam in which the Minister’s son figured.

In a simultaneous development, the police teams also conducted inquiries with people who had knowledge of whereabouts of the missing person. Further investigation was on, the officer added.
