Gujarat’s star campaigner and Congress leader Hardik Patel was on Friday slapped by a person at a public rally in Surendranagar district of Saurashtra region.

He has been identified as Tarun Gajjar. The Congress alleged that he was a BJP worker and carried out the attack at the party’s behest.
