The police on Monday took the prime accused in the case of abduction of an actor, Sunilkumar alias Pulsar Suni, to Wagamon and Kanjar to collect evidence. The accused had told the police that he, along with Vijesh, reached Wagamon to go into hiding the next day after the attack on the actor. However, after having food from a hotel there, they moved to Kanjar and stayed there for the night.

The hotel staff identified Pulsar Suni as he had purchased food from the hotel when there was a film shooting there. He knew the place and selected it as a hideout, said a police officer. They reached Wagamon on a motor cycle and went to Kanjar after having food from the hotel.

He gave a statement to the police that they had food at Kanjar on a hillock near a plantation and slept there. The next morning, they

went to Thiruvananthapuram to surrender before the court. However, it was not done and they moved to Coimbatore, they had told the police.

The police took Suni to the Police Club at Aluva after collecting evidence.
