Excise officials arrested a 38-year-old man with alleged possession of 100 grams of ganja and a deer’s antler at Kovalam on Saturday.
The accused, Viji of Avaduthura near Kovalam, was apprehended by a team led by Neyyattinkara Excise Inspector Ajeesh.
While the officers initially seized the contraband from his possession, a subsequent raid held later at his house led to the recovery of the antler. He has been remanded in judicial custody.
