Two of the absconding accused in the case of the brutal murder of Kevin P. Joseph in Kottayam surrendered to the Karikkottakkari police station in Kannur on Tuesday.
Shanu Chacko and Chacko John, the brother and father of the victim's wife Neenu, surrendered after the police launched a manhunt.
