Half-yearly exams from December 11

SSLC exams to begin on March 13

The half-yearly (Christmas) examinations in schools will be held from December 11 to 20, a meeting of the Quality Improvement Project (QIP) monitoring committee for schools has decided.

While the examinations for high school and higher secondary sections will begin on December 11, those for lower and upper primary will begin on December 12. The Plus One examinations will be held in the morning, and the Plus Two exam in the afternoon. The exams will cover portions taught in schools from August to November.

The year-end annual examinations for the higher secondary classes will begin on March 6 and for the SSLC on March 13.

SSLC exams

The meeting recommended that the SSLC examination in March be held along with those of the higher secondary classes in the morning.

The SSLC exam will be held from March 13 to 27. The Physics exam scheduled on March 18 has been postponed to March 26, while the Mathematics exam scheduled for that day has been advanced to March 18.

The SSLC model examinations will be held from February 19 to 27.
