The official Android application for the National Games events being held here was launched by Rural Development Minister K.C. Joseph at a function here on Monday. P.K. Sreemathy, MP, and A.P. Abdullakutty, MLA, were also present at the function.
District Collector P. Bala Kiran explained the features of the app. The app, designed and developed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC) here, is available in the district administration’s website and also the official website of the National Games events in Kannur with a link to download.
NIC officials said that it could also be downloaded from Google Play Store.— Special Correspondent
