Minister to open KVASU programme

Minister for Agriculture V.S. Sunil Kumar will open Connect 2016, a programme organised by the Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (KVASU), at Mascot Hotel auditorium in Thiruvananthapuram at 10 a.m. on Wednesday. Mr. Sunil Kumar will release the first edition of a package of practices of KVASU for veterinarians, scientists, farmers and entrepreneurs on the occasion. Minister for Forest K. Raju will open an interface between KVASU scientists and officers of the Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Departments and other public sector undertakings. An interactive entrepreneurial web portal of the university, www. kvsuleap.in, will also be released. The portal will provide single window source for getting appropriate information for entrepreneurs, the organisers said in a release here on Saturday.
