...while, Ballari boasts of three rank-holders

The district has secured three rank-holders, with M.B. Netravati emerging State-level topper in Arts and two others securing second rank in Arts and Commerce. The district has also improved its position this year regarding the pass percentage from last year’s 25th to 20th this year with 63.48 per cent.

Ms. Netravati of Indu College in Kottur town and her classmate J. Malini have secured 579 and 578 marks out of 600 respectively to bag the first and second rank in PUC Arts, respectively.

K.S. Sameer of Chaitanya PU College has bagged the State’s second rank in Commerce by securing 591 out of 600.
