Two students of standard 10 from Chikkamagaluru died on the spot in a collision between a two-wheeler and a tipper truck near Lakya Cross on Sunday morning.
Chikkamagaluru Rural police gave name of the deceased as Nithya (16) and Sahana (16), both were studying in standard 10 at Sanjeevini School. They were residents of Sadarahalli in Lakya Hobli. They came under the wheels of the tipper while they were on the way to the school to attend tuition classes.
Chikkamgaluru Rural police have registered the case.
