The Narasimharaja police have arrested two persons and recovered two laptops and four mobile phones, all valued at Rs. 1 lakh, that were stolen from a house within the police station limits. Police said the accused Afsar Pasha (19,) a resident of Usmania Block in Kesara, had entered the house when the residents were asleep and stolen the goods. He had sold the goods to R.V.
