Session will be held as scheduled: Shettar

A day after the former Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa quit the Bharatiya Janata Party, Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar on Saturday reiterated that the legislature session will be held in Belgaum from December 5.

He was speaking to reporters after paying floral tributes to the former Chief Minister Kengal Hanumanthaiya on his 32nd death anniversary at the Secretariat. The Chief Minister recalled the contributions of Kengal Hanumanthaiya and said he is best remembered for his vision and contribution to the construction of the Vidhana Soudha. Relatives of Kengal Hanumanthaiya were present on the occasion.
