The indefinite dharna by students of Agriculture Engineering at the University of Agricultural Sciences, Raichur, entered the 13th day on Monday.

Students studying in various courses of agriculture engineering are on indefinite dharna demanding 40 per cent quota in jobs under the Agriculture Department.

Meanwhile, student leaders have approached Minister for Rural Development and Panchayat Raj H.K. Patil and Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Jagadish Shettar requesting them to help resolve the issue.
