Power cut today in Kalaburagi

There will be no power supply in parts of Kalaburagi city from 8 a.m. to 12 noon on Tuesday owing to maintenance work.

According to a release issued by the Gulbarga Electricity Supply Company (Gescom), the localities that will be affected are: Godutai Nagar, Bhagwati Nagar, Shakti Nagar, Ghatge Layout, CIB Colony, Kanta Layout, GDA commercial layout and localities around Vidya Nagar, Ambika Nagar, P&T quarters, Corporation Layout, New Maka Layout, Pawar Layout, Sri Nagar, Santosh colony, SrihariKrishna Nagar, Varghese Apartments,Udnoor locality, Manikprabhu Colony, Veerabhadreshwar Colony, Biddapur Colony and areas around the High Court bench.

Also affected will be Dariyapur,Shahbaaz Colony, PWD quarters, NGO Colony, Datta Nagar, Bhagyawanti Nagar, Varada Nagar, Mohan Nagar, Jadhav Layout, Sadashiva Nagar, Navjeevan Society, Kalmankar Layout, Karuneshwar Layout, Sangameshwar Layout, Deva Nagar, Oza Colony, Vivekananda Colony, Laxminarayana Layout, Shivaji Nagar, Abubakar Colony, KHB Colony, Vakkalgera, Bilalabad, Azadpur Colony, Ahmed Nagar, Mecca Colony, Yadullah Colony, Kamaal-E-Muzrat, Mehboob Nagar, Tipu Sultan Chowk, M.B.Nagar, Adarsh Nagar, Bande Nawaz Colony, Mehta Layout, Veerendra Patil Layout, Arihant Nagar, Okali camp, Surya Nagar, Tilak Nagar, Telkar Layout, Praja Colony, Madina Colony, Misbah Nagar, Iqbal Colony, Hussain Garden, New Raghavendra Colony and Mohammadi Chowk.

In parts of the city, there will be no power from 8 a.m. to 12 noon, says a Gescom release
