A 29-year-old was killed on the spot at Maraluru ring road
circle in Tumakuru city on Wednesday.
The police said that the deceased has been identified as Krishnamurthy
of Moodalagiripalya in Gubbi taluk of Tumakuru district.
He was working in a private gas agency in Bengaluru. A lorry
going from Kunigal to Tumakuru hit the two-wheeler on which
Krishnamurthy was riding, killing him on the spot.
A case has been registered at Traffic East police station.
