Heat wave continues

Heat wave conditions in the Hyderabad-Karnataka region and parts of the Bombay-Karnataka region were at tolerable limits as per the observations recorded by the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) at 8.30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Kalaburagi continued to record the State’s highest maximum temperature of 40.9 degree Celsius. Bidar recorded a maximum temperature of 39 degree Celsius. Raichur recorded a maximum temperature of 38 degree Celsius, which was 2 degree Celsius less than the temperature recorded on the same day last year.

Vijayapura recorded a maximum temperature of 40 degree Celsius. Gadag, Koppal and Ballari recorded 37 degree Celsius.
