The Belagavi-bound SpiceJet (SG-3317) by which some Karnataka ministers and legislators were scheduled to fly, has been delayed by more than three hours.
According to sources, present among those on-board is, Food and Civil Supplies Minister, Dinesh Gundurao who is travelling with other legislators to attend the winter session of the legislature, commencing here from Tuesday.
Official sources at the Airport at Sambra near here confirmed that the flight scheduled to take-off from Bengaluru at 8.30 a.m. and arrive at Belagavi at 9.50 a.m., has been delayed by more than three hours. The flight was now expected to arrive at 1.00 p.m.
The Airliner circular attributed the delay was due to “operational reasons”.
