Former Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy has said Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa might land up in jail again if he failed to discipline his children. Speaking to presspersons at Kalasa in Mudigere taluk on Tuesday, Mr. Kumaraswamy alleged that the Chief Minister’s children were engaged in large-scale corruption through transfer of officers to key posts. “They have opened a market at the Chief Minister’s official residence,” he said. He was responding to a tweet by Mr. Yediyurappa’s son B.Y. Vijayendra where he taunted the Gowda family of indulging in “transfer business”. Commenting on the CBI probe into the alleged phone-tapping, Mr. Kumaraswamy said he would resign from active politics if he was proved guilty.
