CRPF soldier from Budihal dies in J&K encounter

Prakash Jadhav, a CRPF soldier posted in Jammu and Kashmir, died in an encounter with terrorists on Tuesday. He hailed from Budihal in Nippani in Belagavi district. His body was brought to his native village on Thursday morning.

District administration officers and leaders paid respects to the slain soldier. The Sapper had served the CRPF for 11 years. He was married two years ago. He leaves behind his wife Rani and a three-month-old daughter. Prakash’s father Pundalik Jadhav retired as a soldier from the army.
