Carrying wife's severed head, man surrenders before police in Karnataka village

In a horrific incident, a man walked with the severed head of his wife to a police station in Karnataka and surrendered himself for killing her on Sunday.

Satish (35) of Shivani in Tarikere taluk, allegedly murdered his wife Roopa (28) by hitting her with a sharp weapon in a Nilgiri plantation near Shivani on Sunday. Later, he surrendered before the Ajjampura police with the severed head in a bag.

According to the police, Satish, married Roopa of the same village 11 years ago and they have two children. The police have registered a case.
