Sisters missing
Swati and her sister Sneha of Valishagalli in Yellapur town are missing since October 2. Their father Tukaram Chavhan registered a case at Yellapur police station on Wednesday. They have taken their clothes and ther identity documents with them, according to the complaint.
The body of Krishna Sanya Siddi (28) of Malalgaon in Sirsi taluk has been found in a decomposed state on the banks of Bedti on Sirsi-Yellapur Road, a report on Friday said. He had reportedly gone to fish in the river about five days back and might have slipped and drowned. Yellapur police have registered a case. — Correspondent
