A 25-year-old youth jumped from the Rail-cum-Road Bridge into river Godavari between Rajamahendravaram and Kovvuru.
According to the police, Kiran of Annapurnamma Peta here, left for Kovvuru along with his mother on a bike and suddenly stopped his vehicle on the way and jumped into the river leaving his mother in shock. Police pressed ace swimmers into service to trace the youth.
