Union Minister of State for Agriculture Parshottam Rupala has said the Central government is prepared to solve the problems faced by the farmers in Andhra Pradesh and he is apprised of the issues by his party leaders.
Addressing the media here on Wednesday, Mr. Rupala said the AP economy was heavily dependent on agriculture and the State government has so far not fully availed of the Central assistance for the sector.
However, the Centre was more than willing to pull the State out of crisis as far as the farm sector was concerned.
He said MP G.V.L. Narasimha Rao recently led a delegation of farmers to him and he came to know their plight.
