Two killed, 15 injured in three road accidents in Telangana

Two persons were killed and 15 injured in three separate accidents in Nalgonda district on Friday. Under Gurrampode police station limits, two persons were killed and five others injured as an auto collided with a Toofan vehicle at Palvai village on the Nalgonda-Devarakonda road. Speaking to The Hindu , Sub-Inspector of Police, Gurrampode, K. Beeshanna, said they had identified the deceased as Kethepally Ramulamma (60) and Mohammad Kadhir (40). Five others, including the auto driver, Palvai Shekar, were injured. They were rushed to a nearby hospital.

In another road accident, five passengers were injured as two buses collided at Narketpally village in the early hours of Friday.

The buses were from Manugur depot in Khammam district and Narasrapuram depot in West Godavari district. In the third incident, as many as five women labourers were injured as the auto they were travelling in fell into a roadside ditch after hitting a two-wheeler.
