Teacher booked for thrashing LKG student

He was reportedly making noise in class

A teacher was booked for allegedly beating an LKG student in a private school at Tiruvuru in Krishna district on Tuesday.

According to the police, the teacher beat the boy for making noise in the classroom on Monday.

His parents who observed this had an argument with the school management on Tuesday and lodged a complaint with the police.

Cases were booked against the school management as well as the teacher. However, no one was arrested, said the police.
