MP wants railway midlife coach unit in Kurnool

MP Butta Renuka urged South Central Railway General Manager Ravindra Gupta on Monday to take up the railway midlife coach factory project in Kurnool, doubling of the railway line from Gadwal to Dhone via Kurnool and sanction a new railway line from Kurnool to Mantralayam. Ms. Renuka also sought a special train to Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh to enable Muslims to take part in the Ijtima festival beginning there from November 26. 'Mr. Gupta promised to take a decision on the special train within a week, the MP said in a statement.
