Naidu is in deep trouble, says KCR

June 11, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:50 am IST - HYDERABAD:

Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao denied the allegations levelled by his AP counterpart N. Chandrababu Naidu that the TS Government tapped his phones apart from 120 officials and Ministers. At a media conference on Wednesday night, Mr. Rao said: “I am totally denying that the Telangana Government has tapped any phone. Mr. Naidu is in deep trouble. I do not expect Prime Minister Narendra Modi or the Centre would tolerate such corruption,” he said.

The TS Chief Minister wondered as to what the AP Government was doing, if 120 phones were tapped. “What was the AP Government doing till May 31, the day on which TDP MLA Revanth Reddy was caught red-handed ,” he said. He further said that from May 31 to June 10, is it possible to tap so many phones. “Why did they not complain against us?,” he asked.
