Family attacked in Srikakulam

Some persons attacked a family in PN Colony of Srikakulam, causing injuries to four persons. The injured were identified as Baratam Durgaprasada Rao, his wife Devayani and sons Shanmukha Sagar and Dhurava Kuar. A car and a bike were damaged in the attack.

According to police and locals, Mr. Shanmukha Sagar, a student of an engineering college had a dispute with one C. Chakradhar who initially attacked the former on Thursday.

Again he along with some persons allegedly attacked the family on Thursday night.

The attackers fled from the colony after residents alerted the police immediately. After taking the complaint from Durga Prasada Rao, the Two Town police registered case
