Dasari Ravi Babu, Dy. SP, arrested as prime accused in the murder of rowdy-sheeter Kopperla Satyanarayana Raju alias Gedela Raju last Saturday, has been placed under suspension by the City Police Commissioner. As per the rules, an officer has to be suspended after 48 hours of remand, said Commissioner of Police T. Yoganand.
Apart from the Gedela Raju case, a second murder case has also been booked against him and now he is the prime accused in a double murder case.
