Sunitha slams YSR Congress

June 30, 2016 12:00 am | Updated September 16, 2016 05:03 pm IST - Tirumala:

Minister for Food and Civil supplies Paritala Sunitha on Tuesday flayed the YSRC leaders for seeking the disqualification of Assembly Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao for his reported admission of spending huge amounts during the 2014 elections and termed it as a desperate attempt by the latter to showcase their existence. Even on an earlier occasion they had moved a no-confidence motion against him despite him being impartial during the Assembly sessions. The YSRC leaders should not forget that they are under the watch of the public, she said.

Earlier, she offered her prayers at the hill temple.
