Satyam case verdict likely today

March 09, 2015 12:00 am | Updated November 16, 2021 05:31 pm IST - HYDERABAD:

The judgment in the six-year-old Satyam Computer scam is scheduled to be delivered on Monday by a special court set up to try the accused in the case. The CBI had prosecuted 10 accused, including former Satyam Computers chairman B. Ramalingaraju and his two brothers, in the criminal aspects of the case --allegedly fudging accounts and showing a rosy picture of the company to attract investments. In view of the boycott of courts called by the JAC of advocates from Monday demanding bifurcation of the High Court, it remains to be seen whether the verdict will be delivered or not.
