37,555 students qualify for A.P. PGECET

As many as 37,555 students were qualified in the AP PGECET-2015 conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK). Releasing the results here on Wednesday, APSCHE Chairman L. Venugopal Reddy said, of the 51,263 applicants, 45,099 students took the test that was held from May 25 to 27. The test was conducted in 43 exam centres. “As we have found one mistake in the question paper for Electricals and Electronics, the valuation was done for only 119 questions. For the remaining papers, the valuation was done for all the 120 questions,” Mr. Reddy said.

On admissions to PG courses in engineering and pharmacy, Mr. Reddy said under the convener quota, 18,150 seats were available in ME and MTech and 5,500 seats in the pharmacy. Students could download their marks and rank cards from www.appgecet.org, www.jntuk.edu.in.
