The AP-Capital Region Development Authority (AP-CRDA) is geared up for the second round of bookings for flats in its Happy Nest project beginning at 9 a.m. on December 10.
For this purpose, it has set up facilitation counters at 33 Andhra Bank branches (includes 14 in Guntur district and five in Vijayawada city) across the State, a dozen branches of the Sundaram Home Finance, including three in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, eight SBI branches, four branches of the Indian Bank and one branch each of the Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra and HDFC Bank, according to a press release by CRDA Commissioner Cherukuri Sreedhar.
Counters have also been set up on the CRDA head office premises in Vijayawada and all Mee Seva centres in the State.

Happy Nest is a modern commune of 1,200 two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments in 12 towers (G+18 floors each) coming up on a 14.46-acre plot with flat sizes ranging between 1,225 square feet and 2,750 square feet.
