The search for the missing Indian Air Force's AN-32 continued on Monday. Officials are waiting for an update from Oceanographic research vessel "Samundra Ratnakar", which is searching for the missing flight.

"It's a vast area and the depth is also big" said a Coast Guard official.

The transport aircraft, with 29 personnel on board, went missing over the Bay of Bengal on July 22 when flying from Chennai to Port Blair.
