Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati on Friday demanded the “immediate arrest” and removal of Union Minister General V.K. Singh for his “anti-Dalit” comments.

Addressing a press conference in Lucknow, she also demanded the removal of Haryana Chief Minister M.L. Khattar.

“V.K. Singh has insulted the self-respect and honour of Dalits all over the country. The Prime Minister should immediately dismiss him,” she said.
