Four killed by suicide bomber at Afghanistan bank

A suicide bomber killed at least four people and injured 17 at a bank in southern Afghanistan on Saturday, an official said.

“The bomber targeted the innocent people who were waiting in front of the Kabul Bank branch in Kandahar city,” provincial government spokesman Javed Faisal said.

Eight people including a district governor were killed on Friday when a suicide bomber detonated his explosives at the gate of a mosque in the northern province of Kunduz.
