A small cargo plane with four persons on board crashed today in Bay of Bengal near a north-eastern Bangladeshi town.
Two of the crewmembers were rescued immediately after the crash. The pilot and the co-pilot were missing after the crash that happened near Cox’s Bazar coastline, an official said.
The plane was carrying fish fries from Cox Bazar to Jessore district in the country’s southwest.

“The plane crashed just after it took off from the Cox Bazar and crashed in the Bay of Bengal,” a witness said.
