Jipmer will, on Friday, launch an online registration system for the benefit of its out patients who come from across the country.

On a daily average, the out patient unit registers between 7,000 and 8,000 patients resulting in long queues and delays in seeing the doctor. To reduce the waiting time of the patients Jipmer is starting the “Online Registration System” which makes it easy for anybody with a mobile phone, laptop or computer with internet connection to register from anywhere in India.

The online registration system portal is available on Jipmer web page at www.jipmer.edu.in and by clicking on it the virtual visitor will be taken to the online registration portal and will be guided through the steps on making a registration.

Dr. Subhash Chandra Parija, Director, Jipmer will inaugurate the facility at 9 a.m. in the main hall of the Old OPD Block.
