The Department of Posts will conduct a Dak Adalat on June 24 at the Puducherry Head Post Office.
The adalat, which will commence at 11 a.m., will take up complaints from users in the city and adjoining areas, Villupuram, Gingee, Tindivanam and Vanur taluks besides a few villages in Cuddalore district , said V. Kanagarajan, Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Puducherry.
Complaints or suggestions pertaining to the division regarding registered letters, parcels, speedpost, money orders or other postal articles can be sent to the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Puducherry 605001, on or before June 23.
Details such as article number, date of booking, office of booking and address of the sender and addressee need to be furnished . Complaints regarding savings bank accounts and cash certificates can also be sent.
All complaints have to be superscribed ‘Dak Adalat Complaint.’
