Temperatures continue to dip in city

The dip in Mumbai’s maximum temperatures continued on Thursday, with daytime temperature recorded at 27.3 degrees Celsius. Maximum temperatures have been dipping since February 4, going from 35.3 degrees Celsius to 27.3 degrees Celsius on Thursday. This is four degrees below normal.

However, minimum temperatures on Thursday night stayed at 17.6 degrees (normal). The India Meteorological Department has forecast similar temperatures for Friday.
