No trains to Khopoli on weekend morning

Mumbai: Trains between Karjat and Khopoli will remain suspended from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Sunil Udasi, chief public relations officer, Central Railway, said, “The section is being closed for maintenance work of a bridge.”

Two Khopoli-bound locals and three Karjat-bound trains will be cancelled. The Khopoli local leaving CSMT at 7.30 a.m. will be terminated at Karjat. The Western Railway will be undertaking a mega block on Sunday between Borivali and Bhayander. The block will be in force between 12.50 a.m. and 4.50 a.m. on the slow lines. Slow trains will be run on the fast line during the period.
