The Mahanagar Gas Ltd. (MGL) has implemented an e-token system on a pilot basis at its CNG filling stations at Tardeo and Sion. Through this system, customers can book their slots for CNG refilling by downloading the MGL e-token app or sending an SMS on a specified number with details of their vehicle number and preferred time slot. For creating awareness, especially among auto and taxi drivers, MGL has displayed banners, distributed pamphlets and demonstrated the use of the app and SMS option at the CNG outlets. MGL has sought feedback from customers.
