Lok Sabha polls: MU reschedules 103 exams

March 20, 2019 12:51 am | Updated 12:51 am IST - Mumbai

The Mumbai University (MU) has rescheduled 103 exams as the dates clash with the Lok Sabha polls in Mumbai, Thane and Konkan region. While exams for 76 courses have been postponed, only a few papers have been rescheduled for exams of 27 courses. Most exam centres double up as polling booths and will be unavailable to hold exams for three days, including the day before and after the polls.

The new timetable will be now put up on the MU website. Four exams of science and technology, five of commerce and management and 18 of interdisciplinary faculty will be held before the polls as per original schedule.
